Jeannine,

I will be getting this book. It would be a great recommendation for our teams plus who doesn't needed to be reminded that "No's" make the yes's so much sweeter.

Brilliant book title IMHO. For those of use, like Faith and me, who have been in Network Marketing for 27 and 23 years respectively, we have had our share of "no".

But "no" is not "no" forever. It's just "no, not right now". It's all timing. And, each one is a step closer to the next "yes".

Great post, Jeannine! I really like the idea of "just do it." After all, even musclebound people like Arnold had to start somewhere. While that isn't my fitness/health goal, I know that the question is always working to improve.

Jeannine,

Totally agree that the key is to get started and have consistency, even if it's only 10 minutes a day.

To keep motivated, think of something to reward yourself after being consistent with the exercise routine is a great way to keep it going too!

Hi Jeannine,
Thank you for sharing!
Yes, gratitude is one of the most powerful force we can have in life, I am thankful that you point it out...especially in the modern business world, we often overlook these simple steps to keep us peaceful and joyful!

Appreciation has many facets and is most certainly a term we need to revisit often in one form or another.

As do many, I enjoy making part of my journal things for which I am grateful: in other words, "the appreciation factor" so-to-speak.

Good thoughts to bring to the forefront of our thinking!

Enjoy the day,
