Great post, Jeannine! I really like the idea of "just do it." After all, even musclebound people like Arnold had to start somewhere. While that isn't my fitness/health goal, I know that the question is always working to improve.

Jeannine,

Totally agree that the key is to get started and have consistency, even if it's only 10 minutes a day.

To keep motivated, think of something to reward yourself after being consistent with the exercise routine is a great way to keep it going too!

Hi Jeannine,
Thank you for sharing!
Yes, gratitude is one of the most powerful force we can have in life, I am thankful that you point it out...especially in the modern business world, we often overlook these simple steps to keep us peaceful and joyful!

Appreciation has many facets and is most certainly a term we need to revisit often in one form or another.

As do many, I enjoy making part of my journal things for which I am grateful: in other words, "the appreciation factor" so-to-speak.

Good thoughts to bring to the forefront of our thinking!

Enjoy the day,

Great post, Jeannine! No matter where we are, we can always start improving our position, and I really like the way you've put this point so simply and directly.

And that is it. Too many folks are focused on what they don't have, can't do, afraid to do, wish they could do, watch others do.

Who you are right now and where you are at is enough. Where you can go is unlimited but is a journey started with just one small step.
